Helpful Hints

1. To Better Attract Applicants:
In order to come up in an applicants job search you must have Job Postings on your site.
2. "On Call": Posting a job opening as "On Call" places your company and name on a special list of positions for applicants to view. This is especialy good for companies with banquet or special event business.
3. Update your Job Listings Often: Since the date of your job posting appears on your page its important to update your job postings so that aplicants know the position is still actively open.
4. Check your e-mail Often: applicants can e-mail you their resume or a note directly from our site. Be sure to respond to them quickly for best results.
5. Contacting Applicants: Take a proactive approach to your recruiting by Bulk e-mailing all or some of the applicants at any time. This is great if you have just listed a job and want everyone in your area to know about it at one time.
6. Find an applicant you like: You can contact them by phone or e-mail. Add applicants that you like to your "Favorites" file for future reference.
7. Do lots of Searches: Don't just search for applicants in one area. Try different searches such as other areas close to your location or different types of businesses . . . you'll be surprised at what you'll find.
Note: Applicants' Resumes appear in the order of the most current posting at the top of the list. However, since we receive hundreds of applicants from across the country registering each day do not discount applicants in the center or lower portion of your list.

Happy Applicant Hunting. We're here to assist you so please feel free to e-mail or to call.
